TallGrass Custom Homes LLC, is a licensed General Contractor, but our owner-builder model allows you to be the contractor, with your own project management team beside you.

Most builders ask you to hand over the keys to your own project. Tallgrass works differently: you hold the contracts, you see every bid, and we sit beside you as your project management partner — scheduling trades, checking work against plan, and keeping the budget honest.
